October On Two Wheels – Community Bike Ride

When: Sunday, October 11 at 11:00 am sharp. There is no rain date!!
Where: Meet up near the soccer fields and tennis courts at Ninigret Park
Who: Sponsored by Charlestown’s Block Island Sound Bikeway Committee

To celebrate October, Charlestown’s Block Island Sound Bikeway Committee invites interested cyclists to join them for a ride. Two wheels is so much more fun then four. There is nothing that beats the feeling of experiencing the air, bird song, fragrances, and beauty of our coastal community. October is special, so pump up the tires and get rolling!

The ride will start and finish at the above meeting place and will cover
 approximately 10 miles. The group will ride to Charlestown Beach, stop for a water break, and then return to Ninigret Part for refreshments.

Cyclists must be at least thirteen years of age, wear a helmet, and ride single file. 
A waiver will be provided.
