Join The Charlestown Land Trust (CLT) for a guided walk at the beautiful and historic Amos Greene Farm. This historic farm, now permanently protected by the Charlestown Land Trust, offers a glimpse into Charlestown’s rich agricultural heritage.
On the walk you’ll learn how the farm has evolved over the centuries and discover how it became a conservation success story. The walk will also feature insights provided by the Charlestown Historical Society.
Please note that Amos Greene Farm is private property permanently protected through a conservation easement. The exact address will be emailed to participants prior to the event.

I am a descendant of Amos Greene (six generations since Amos, Jr.) and heard of his status as a captain in the Rhode Island militia from my father. I am also a Veteran. As such I would like to arrange a chance to visit his farm, when such opportunity may arise. Please let me know how that may be arranged.
