The ballot is two pages, front and back, and includes:

- Five state referendum questions, including the Green Bond, are on the back of the candidate page.
- Also on the back of page one is the Chariho bond question. There is a website that explains the Construction Bond for a Unified Elementary School Campus. The website includes renderings of the buildings at the site of the current Charlestown Elementary School, at the corner of Rt. 112 and Shannock Road.
- Charlestown Charter Amendments are on the back of page one, after the Chariho Bond question, and continue to the front of page two. Take our advice to reject charter question 7.
