Elf On A Shelf Expedition
What: Locate 6 hidden elves around participating Charlestown businesses
When: November 29th to December 20th, 2019
How: stamp your passport & provide the location found on the Elf on the Shelf form for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate for any Parks and Recreation program. Passports and rules are available at the Parks and Recreation office or download a passport from the Town’s website.
Elf On A Shelf Expedition Contest Rules And Instructions
- The Expedition will take place beginning November 29, 2019 (the day after Thanksgiving) and run through Friday, December 20, 2019.
- Completed passports MUST be turned into the Parks And Recreation Department by 12 Noon on December 20, 2019.
- Participants must locate at least five elves and have at least five stickers on their passports for the passport to be entered. Incomplete passports will not be entered in the drawing to win. Elves will be located at various locations and businesses throughout Charlestown.
- Each location will have an elf and a sticker. The sticker is to be used on the sticker pad portion of the passport.
- Participants must use the elf passport. Only one passport allowed per child in the expedition.
- The winner will be selected at random from all successfully completed passports. The Winner will be notified and announced on the Parks & Recreation website
