Join the Salt Ponds Coalition for a discussion featuring Dr. Peter Paton, URI professor and expert ornithologist. He will discuss the use of the coastal ponds and adjacent islands by various shorebirds, terns, and gulls.
Walk

Join the Salt Ponds Coalition in person for a walk where you will observe some of the birds species present on the salt ponds in late summer. You are welcome to bring binoculars, and please wear water-resistant shoes.
You must register separately for the Kettle Pond lecture and the salt pond walk.
