2024-2025 Chariho Budget Passes
Voters Passed the Chariho budget during Tuesday’s referendum.
Charlestown voted 372 in favor to 78 against.
Richmond voted 486 in favor to 358 against.
Hopkinton voted 345 in favor to 513 against.
Total District voters voted 1203 in favor to 949 against.

I think Mr Chambers comment grading the towns for their votes on the school budget is disrespectful and offensive. You got what you wanted. Isn’t that enough? Why disparage people who might believe that they are taxed enough and question the value of being taxed more. It’s why we vote at all. Be satisfied with your win.

we are so fortunate that it passed, as are the students in the district…I could write a paragraph about this but Mike has summed it up very well…..thanks to all who voted for it to pass.
