Monday, November 7 is the last day of Early Voting at Town Hall

Early voting has been taking place at Town Hall since October 19. Any Charlestown voter can vote at Town Hall anytime between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 7.

Take your Mail Ballot to the Secure Drop Box at Town Hall

If you have received a mail ballot, fill it in, take it to Town Hall, and place in the secure drop box anytime before 8 p.m. November 8.

The secure drop box is on the right, just before you enter Town Hall. It is marked as “Official Drop Box.”

Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8

If you want to vote on Election Day, November 8, you must vote at your Official Polling Place.

In Charlestown, there are four polling places for the November 8 Election Day. Charlestown Elementary School, Charlestown Town Hall, Quonochontaug Grange, and St. James Parish Center.

The state prints different ballots for each precinct in Charlestown and there are four polling places in Charlestown for the November 8 election. The ballots are the same for precincts 501 and 502  and for 503 and 504.

The ballot is two pages, with three state referendum questions and one local referendum on page two. All state and local offices are on page one. Take a local sample ballot with the CCA candidates to the polls to make voting easy.
