Summer Winds And Carolina Farms Return To Planning Commission
When: Wednesday, September 24 at 7 p.m.
Where: Charlestown Town Hall
What: Two public hearings before the Planning Commission
The first is a continuation of the public hearing for a Master Plan for a major 24-lot residential subdivision on 29 acres in Carolina Village called Carolina Farms (AP 28, Lot 82-1, Carolina Back Road; owner Beechwood Enterprises, Inc.; applicant KREG New Homes, LLC). The Master Plan may be modified by testimony and/or evidence presented at the hearing. The Planning Commission may approve the Master Plan, approve the Master Plan with conditions, deny the Master Plan, or continue the public hearing to a date determined at the meeting.
The second is a public hearing on Final Plan, Phase 1, for a major residential subdivision called Summer Winds (AP 7, Lot 51, 4772 Old Post Road; owner 4772 Old Post Road, LLC). Phase 1 is for 28 lots. The Final Plan may be modified by testimony and/or evidence presented at the hearing. The Planning Commission may approve the Final Plan, approve the Final Plan with conditions, deny the Final Plan, or continue the public Final Plan hearing to a date determined at the meeting.
