Ninigret Park Arts And Crafts Show Returns

When: Saturday, September 13 from 10 am to 4 pm (rain date September 20)
Where: Ninigret Park in Charlestown

This is the 2nd year for the Ninigret Arts and Crafts show and there will be artists, woodworkers, potters, jewelers, quilters, crochete and macrame crafters and much more. There are about 50 exhibitors in total.

Frances Topping will again have a booth with many of her watercolor works, including some matted pieces, botanical art, landscapes and varied nature subjects. The show will be located with access to the small swimming pond, a kid’s playground, picnic shelters, trails, and access to the salt pond from within the Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge with a kayak launch area.

Food: There will be Dels lemonade, hot dogs and burgers, and ice cream from food trucks, or bring a picnic.

Music: Atwater and Donnelly will perform from noon to 2 pm. The husband and wife duo blends gorgeous vocals with an astounding array of instruments including the mountain dulcimer, old-time banjo, tin whistle, guitar, mandolin, harmonica, limberjacks, feet and more.
