Frances Topping’s Art At Ninigret Arts And Crafts Show
When: July 20 from 11 am to 5 pm (rain date July 21)
Where: Ninigret Park, Charlestown
Frances Topping will be one of the many artists participating in the Ninigret Arts and Crafts show. Frances is a member of the Charlestown Planning Commission who has been endorsed by the Charlestown Citizen’s Alliance in all her elections. Besides her tireless work on the Planning Commission to protect Charlestown’s natural and cultural resources, she’s also also a talented naturalist, artist, and educator.
Frances combines her incredible talent with her education in geography, botany, zoology, graphic design and nature science illustration to create beautiful paintings of native plants, wildlife, and natural landscapes.
