Mill Pond Preserve

Mill Pond is an 80 acre property owned and managed by the Charlestown Land Trust. Mill Pond is part of our town’s history with the remnants of a once thriving trout hatchery found on the property. There are trails set in woodland on the edge of a pond. 

The Charlestown Land Trust built the trail system on the property which was opened to the public on Earth Day, 2005.

Mill Pond Preserve is located on Route 2, just north of the Route 1 intersection. Going north it is the second driveway on the right after the entrance to Phil’s Hungry Haven restaurant. Look for signs.
