The beautiful property consists of undeveloped frontage on pristine School House Pond plus 2.5 miles of hiking trails through hardwood and pine forest.

Access the property off of Kings Factory Road. Two small parking areas are available.

The Preserve is accessed from Kings Factory Road. Park in the parking area near Kings Factory and hike in to the pond or drive to a small parking area at the boulders a shorter distance to the Pond.
