Charlestown Town Council Meeting - April 27, 2009

Joseph Larisa, Charlestown's Solicitor for Indian Affairs explained the U.S. Supreme Court Ruling and efforts the Town must take to ensure that Congress does not pass legislation that will undo the ruling and allow a casino to be built without voter approval.
