Yoga & Nature

Learn about the “four elements”, Earth, Air, Fire &Water in nature and how they relate to yoga poses. This free 1 ½ hour class will be all levels and for ages above 12 years old. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Pre-register for one or all by call the visitor center at 401.364.9124.
