  1. CCA e-mailer says:

It would be helpful for citizens to know that the Hillside, LLC petition for 15 houses is not actually located on “Hillside Drive” – which does not exist. The parcel is located on Kings Factory Road.(Approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of mile north of Prosser Trail)

  2. CCA e-mailer says:

The two petitions by the Botka’s that were scheduled for Tuesday’s Zoning Board of Appeals have been continued to August.

  3. Crystal Prather says:

how do we find the outcome of these petitions?

  4. Ruth Platner says:

The appeals were denied, which means that the Zoning Board agreed with the decision of the Town Planner that the applications were not complete. They can now complete their applications or appeal to superior court.
