Francis Carter Preserve Expands

At the end of 2014 the Rhode Island Office of The Nature Conservancy acquired 271 acres of land in Charlestown and Richmond, increasing the size of the Francis Carter Preserve to a total of 1,112 acres. 191 acres of the new purchase are in Charlestown.
