Meridian Project Presents: Sun and Moon

This weekend, the Meridian Project is coming to Frosty Drew Nature Center & Observatory on both Friday and Saturday nights. Starting at 6:00 p.m. and continuing well into the night, the Meridian Project will present their new Sun and Moon performance with a stunning set of artistic and musical renditions of astronomy, including an instrument building workshop (kid-friendly!), a fabulous art installation by Catherine M. Hood, and performances featuring everything from guitars and horns, to turtles and white dwarf stars, plus a beautiful installation of hundreds of glowing amplituhedrons. Solar and Stargazing will be available along side performances. This is your chance to get your geek on with a fabulous weekend of art and science at Frosty Drew Observatory!
