Where do you vote this year?

In past elections, Charlestown has had seven different polling places, this year there are only four. They are as follows:

Voting District 0501 – Meadowbrook Inn – 168 Carolina Back Road
Voting District 0502 – Town Hall – 4540 South County Trail
Voting District 0503 – Police Station – 4901 Old Post Road
Voting District 0504 – Charlestown Ambulance Rescue Station – 4891 Old Post Road

There are a couple of ways to find out which polling place you should go to.

You can go to the Secretary of State’s website and enter your name, birth date, and zip code into a web form and you’ll get a page with information about your voter status and your elected officials. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page to a section titled “Upcoming Elections”. Below that heading is a sample ballot you can download if you want, and your assigned polling place for this election.

Or look on the map linked here, find where you live, and then match that voter district to the numbers and places in the list above.

The polls are open from 7 am to 8 pm on Tuesday November 6. Please note the polls are closing one hour earlier than past years.

And when you go to vote, please support the CCA endorsed candidates:
