The Whalerock Decision

I have read Judge Savage’s decision on the consolidated complaints involving the Whalerock Project and I feel that Judge Savage did a fair and objective analysis of issues before her.

Bottom line: there are no industrial-sized wind turbines gracing our National Bi-way, the Planning Commission remains a body constituted by the voter and not subject to political cronyism, and the Zoning Board got what it deserved, a slap on the hand for not creating a “complete and certified record” and for rendering a decision that was not based on “the requisite findings of fact and conclusions of law.” I have an opinion on what they based their decision, but I’ll wait to see what “findings of fact” they can produce. Congratulations Judge Savage for your insight and even-handedness.
